Geeves Scaffolding — Email Signature Builder

Edit the fields, preview the result, then copy it into Gmail or Outlook. Images are embedded so the signature works without external hosting.

How to install in Gmail (web)
  1. Click Copy signature (for Gmail / Outlook) above.
  2. Open Gmail → click the gear icon (top right) → See all settings.
  3. On the General tab, scroll to the Signature section.
  4. Click + Create new (or select an existing signature to overwrite).
  5. Click into the signature editor box and paste with Cmd+V (Mac) or Ctrl+V (Windows).
  6. Under Signature defaults, set this signature for new emails and replies.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Pasted, but the images are missing or it looks plain? Try this.
  1. Click the Download .htm file button above. A file called geeves-signature.htm saves to your computer (usually the Downloads folder).
  2. Find that file and double-click it. It opens as a web page in your browser, showing just the signature.
  3. Click anywhere on the signature in that browser window, then press Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac) to select it all.
  4. Press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac) to copy.
  5. Switch back to Gmail's signature box and press Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac) to paste.
  6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of Gmail's settings page.
How to install in Outlook (new Outlook for Windows / Mac / Web)
  1. Click Copy signature (for Gmail / Outlook) above.
  2. In Outlook, open SettingsMailCompose and reply.
  3. Under Email signature, click + New signature, give it a name (e.g. "Geeves").
  4. Click into the signature editor and paste (Cmd+V / Ctrl+V).
  5. Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards.
  6. Click Save.
How to install in Outlook (classic desktop for Windows)
  1. Click Download .htm file above.
  2. Open File Explorer and paste this into the address bar: %appdata%\Microsoft\Signatures
  3. Move the downloaded geeves-signature.htm into that folder. Rename it to something like Geeves.htm.
  4. In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  5. Your signature will appear in the list. Select it and set it as default for New messages and Replies/forwards.
  6. Click OK.

Classic Outlook for Windows expects .htm not .html — the download button uses the right extension.

How to install in Outlook (classic desktop for Mac)
  1. Outlook for Mac → Outlook menu → Settings → Signatures.
  2. Click + to add a new signature, name it, and click into the editor.
  3. Click Copy signature in this builder, then paste into the editor.
  4. Set the new signature as the default for your account under Choose default signature.
  5. Close the Signatures window — changes save automatically.
